Clean and comfortable common areas were a nice touch.
The stairs were challenging, especially at night. It was inconvenient navigating the tight hallways during late hours. The noise from the street made it hard to feel at ease.

Our stay was amazing! The view of the Duomo from our balcony was breathtaking, and it's so close to the train station and all the attractions. Andrea kept us informed beforehand with great instructions for check-in, which made arrival smooth. The kids loved the spacious room. it felt like home!
For dads, it would be great if they had more kid-friendly dining options nearby.
